I can’t download the pictures on my computer
Check that cables are correctly connected to the computer.
Switch to MSDC mode.
I can not turn on my camera after inserting an SD/MMC card.
Check that the SD/MMC card is inserted in the correct direction and that the memory card slot is securely closed.
The camera don’t take any pictures
Wait until the end of data processing and try again to take a picture or delete some images on the SD / MMC card if the memory is full.
Image is blurry
Hold the camera firmly without moving when taking pictures until you hear a “beep” indicating that the picture was taken.
The battery indicator on the LCD screen flashes.
Recharge or change the battery
The quality of the image is grainy.
A bad frequency had to be used. Refer to the parameters of the frequency and choose 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
The LCD screen is blocked when I insert an SD/MMC card
Make sure you have used a new SD MMC card or the SD/MMC card is correctly formatted with the camera.
The image does not appear on the LCD screen.

The device does not turn on.
Make sure the DC cable is securely connected to the unit and the power plug is turned on.
Make sure the Power ON/OFF button is in the ON position. When the unit is turned on, the LED indicator lights up.
The device does not connect to my Bluetooth device.
Make sure the Tower Speaker is already in pairing mode.
Delete the AIR06 name entry from your pairing memory list on your Bluetooth device, and pair your device with the Tower Speaker again.
Make sure your Bluetooth device and Tower Speaker are not already connected to other devices.
On some Bluetooth devices, you may need to select Tower Speaker as the default output device (after pairing is complete).
The device is connected to the Bluetooth of a mobile phone, but does not play music.
Make sure your mobile phone supports A2DP or AVRCP Bluetooth profiles.
Make sure your mobile phone is in the maximum operating area of Bluetooth.
The sound of the device creaks or buzzes loudly.
Turn down the volume of your Bluetooth device.
Disconnect the power cable and connect the unit to a different AC outlet.
Move the unit to an interference-free place, such as a microwave, fluorescent lamp, etc.
No sound comes out of the device.
Check that the volume is not too low or that the sound has not been cut off.
Check that there are no other devices connected to the Tower Speaker.
Check the connection between the Tower Speaker and the Bluetooth device.
Try turning off and on the Tower Speaker or Bluetooth device.
How much is the effective range of the connection between the Tower Speaker and a Bluetooth device?
According to the Bluetooth standard, the control range of a Class II loudspeaker is approximately 10 meters. This measurement varies according to the environment and the model of mobile phone.
What does A2DP mean?
A2DP stands for Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile, in French). It is a Bluetooth profile that allows wireless transmission of stereo audio content from an A2DP source to an A2DP receiver.
What does AVRCP mean?
AVRCP stands for Audio / Video Remote Control Profile (in English). This is a Bluetooth profile that allows Bluetooth devices to control playback on remote devices. It is typically used with A2DP devices for next / previous track selection and for pause and playback functions.
