RÈGLEMENT DU JEU CONCOURS

“Calendrier de l’Avent Teknofun 2025”

ARTICLE 1 — ORGANISATION
La société Teknofun, ci-après “l’Organisateur”, organise un jeu concours gratuit sans obligation d’achat intitulé “Calendrier de l’Avent Teknofun 2025”, disponible exclusivement sur Instagram via le compte @teknofun.off.
Le concours se déroule du 1er décembre 2025 au 24 décembre 2025 inclus (horaires français métropole).

ARTICLE 2 — CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
Le concours est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure résidant dans un des pays desservis par les revendeurs Teknofun.
Sont exclus :
les membres du personnel Teknofun
les personnes ayant participé à la création du jeu les comptes frauduleux (concours hunters, bots…)
La participation au concours vaut acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.

ARTICLE 3 — MODALITÉS DE PARTICIPATION
Pour participer, l’utilisateur doit :
1.S’abonner au compte Instagram @teknofun.off 2.Liker la publication du concours
3.Identifier une personne en commentaire
Bonus exclusif :
Le participant qui like les 24 stories du Calendrier de l’Avent (du 1er au 24 décembre 2025) recevra un cadeau supplémentaire s’il est tiré au sort comme gagnant.
Le non-respect des étapes obligatoires invalide la participation.

ARTICLE 4 — DÉSIGNATION DU GAGNANT
Un gagnant sera tiré au sort parmi les participants éligibles dans les 72h suivant la fin du concours.
L’Organisateur vérifiera : l’abonnement au compte
le like sur la publication l’identification en commentaire (bonus) le like sur les 24 stories
Le gagnant sera contacté par message privé Instagram via le compte officiel @teknofun.off uniquement.
Avertissement important
Aucun autre compte n’est habilité à contacter les participants.
Teknofun ne demandera jamais : 1 d’informations bancaires
de paiement
de coordonnées via un autre compte que @teknofun.off

ARTICLE 5 — DOTATION
Le gagnant pourra choisir un (1) cadeau parmi les 24 produits révélés dans le Calendrier de l’Avent Teknofun.
Cadeau bonus :
Si le gagnant a liké les 24 stories, il recevra un deuxième cadeau surprise choisi par Teknofun.
Les lots ne peuvent être ni échangés, ni revendus, ni faire l’objet d’une compensation financière.

ARTICLE 6 — EXPÉDITION DU CADEAU
Le cadeau sera expédié gratuitement au gagnant.
Les délais de livraison peuvent varier selon le pays. Teknofun ne pourra être tenu responsable :
des retards liés aux transporteurs
des pertes ou avaries survenues après expédition

ARTICLE 7 — RESPONSABILITÉ
Instagram n’est ni partenaire ni responsable du jeu concours.
Teknofun se réserve le droit :
d’annuler, reporter ou modifier le concours en cas de force majeure
d’exclure tout participant ayant un comportement frauduleux ou irrespectueux de demander toute preuve nécessaire à la validation d’une participation

ARTICLE 8 — PROTECTION DES DONNÉES
Les informations recueillies (pseudo, adresse postale du gagnant) sont utilisées uniquement pour les besoins du concours.
Conformément au RGPD, chaque participant peut demander la suppression ou modification de ses données en contactant : contact@teknofun-entertainment.com

ARTICLE 9 — ACCEPTATION DU RÈGLEMENT
La participation au concours implique l’acceptation totale du présent règlement.

GIVEAWAY RULES

“Teknofun Advent Calendar 2025”

ARTICLE 1 — ORGANIZATION
Teknofun (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) is hosting a free giveaway with no purchase necessary, titled “Teknofun Advent Calendar 2025”, exclusively on Instagram via the account @teknofun.off.
The giveaway runs from December 1st to December 24th, 2025 (France time — UTC+1).

ARTICLE 2 — ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to any individual aged 18 or older residing in one of the countries served by Teknofun’s official retailers.
The following are excluded from participation:
Teknofun employees
Anyone involved in creating the giveaway
Fraudulent accounts (bots, giveaway hunters, fake accounts…)
Participation implies full acceptance of these official rules.

ARTICLE 3 — HOW TO ENTER
To participate, users must:
1.Follow @teknofun.off on Instagram 2.Like the giveaway post
3.Tag one person in the comments
Exclusive Bonus:
Participants who like all 24 Advent Calendar stories (posted from December 1st to December 24th, 2025) will receive an additional surprise gift if selected as the winner.
Failure to complete the mandatory steps will invalidate the entry.

ARTICLE 4 — SELECTION OF THE WINNER
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within 72 hours after the giveaway ends.
The Organizer will verify that the winner: Follows @teknofun.off

Tagged a person in the comments
(Bonus) Liked all 24 Advent Calendar stories
The winner will be contacted only via direct message from the official Instagram account @teknofun.off. Important Notice
No other account is authorized to contact participants. Teknofun will never request:
Banking information
Payment of any kind
Personal details through any account other than @teknofun.off 3
Any message from another account should be considered fraudulent.

ARTICLE 5 — PRIZES
The winner may choose one (1) product from the 24 items featured in the Teknofun Advent Calendar.
Bonus Gift:
If the winner has liked all 24 stories, they will also receive one surprise gift chosen by Teknofun.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or converted into cash.

ARTICLE 6 — SHIPPING
The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Teknofun cannot be held responsible for:
Delays caused by carriers
Loss or damage occurring after the package has been shipped

ARTICLE 7 — LIABILITY
Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator or associated in any way with this giveaway.
Teknofun reserves the right to:
Modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway in case of force majeure Exclude any participant engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior Request proof of compliance with the participation requirements

ARTICLE 8 — DATA PROTECTION
The personal information collected (Instagram username, winner’s postal address) is used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
In accordance with GDPR, participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting: contact@teknofun-entertainment.com

ARTICLE 9 — ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
By entering, participants fully accept these giveaway rules.
